Jonas Schilling is an electronic music artist, composer and music producer from Berlin. He grew up in a family that was alll about music.
After years of playing with different bands and soaking up Berlins vibrant electronic music scene, he started his solo project in the middle of the Corona pandemic.
His first release "5778" was featured on several Spotify editorials, quickly gained more than 1 Million streams and was a big music festival hit in summer 2024.
His third release "Rising Tide" was even more successfull and gained more than
10 Million streams in just 3 years. Jonas Schillings music was featured on countless radio stations like BBC introducing, Radio Fritz, FM 4 (ORF) and DLF Kultur.
In 2023 Jonas Schilling was scholarship holder of musicboard Berlins Co-Creation Residency Berlin - Tel Aviv. For two months he collaborated with Israeli singer "Odelly". Together they performed at Popkultur Festival Berlin and at Kuli Alma Club, Tel Aviv. Their joint EP "Find my Way" was released in 2024.
After several years working in the free theatre scene, Jonas Schilling now works regularly as a musical director for different city and state theaters.
As a result he has written over 100 pieces of music for various theaters.
Besides his work as a solo artist, Jonas Schilling works as a tutor, remixer and producer
for other artists and commercial clients.
